David studied Studio Art at the University of California, Irvine. Through his work with a variety of
media, he discovered his passion for photography.
While at university, he co-founded a non-profit
organization to bring art education to inner-city
schools that lacked funding for the arts in their
curricula. Engaging the students and seeing their
creativity bloom instilled in him a sense of purpose.
This organization also allowed him to collaborate with
other artists and opened the door to a variety of
exhibition opportunities in and around Los Angeles.
After receiving his degree, he worked primarily as a corporate photographer, traveling to major cities in
the United States where he photographed skyscrapers and business meetings.
David also has extensive experience with wedding,
product, fashion, architectural and travel photography.
He is as comfortable in the studio as on location,
competent with all aspects of the photographic process,
including a range of formats, lighting equipment and
scenarios. His ultimate aim is to capture the best
image possible and have his clients feeling not just
satisfied, but impressed.
